Shaggy & Sons LLC operates Shaggy757. This policy explains how personal information is handled through the Shaggy757 mobile app, shaggy757.com, our Shopify store at shop.shaggy757.com, and the Stuff the Bus text messaging program.
Information used for purchases
When you shop with us, information associated with your order can include your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing addresses, purchased items, transaction details, and payment information processed during checkout.
We use order information to process payments, fulfill and deliver purchases, send order updates, handle returns or refunds, respond to order questions, and maintain transaction records.

Shopify uses cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve its services.
We use Shopify Network Intelligence. Shopify combines information from interactions with our store with information from other merchants and Shopify to provide enhanced services, including personalization, performance improvements and advertising targeting. Other merchants do not receive access to our customer information through this feature. Shopify is responsible for its processing for these enhanced services and related privacy-rights requests. We use AppMySite to provide the mobile app. AppMySite describes analytics concerning app use, including visitor counts and device platform. Under its service terms, AppMySite and its analytics providers can process app-use information to operate and improve services. AppMySite also provides for the use of aggregate, anonymized customer information for industry analysis, demographic profiling and related research.
Embedded video
Our website includes embedded YouTube video using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player. Google processes information needed to provide the player under its Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). YouTube explains that views through its privacy-enhanced player are not used to personalize your YouTube experience or advertising outside our site. This setting does not mean that the player processes no information.
Stuff the Bus text messages
The Stuff the Bus text messaging program is operated by Shaggy & Sons LLC and featured on Shaggy757.
When you text BUS to 757-426-4700, we receive your mobile number and the message you send. We use this information to provide the event locations and information you requested, respond to your questions, and honor opt-out requests.
We do not sell or share your mobile number, SMS consent, or opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide this information to Textedly, wireless carriers, and service providers only as needed to deliver and operate this texting program, or when required by law. Mobile information will not be used for unrelated marketing.
