With “Happy” at the center of pop culture, Pharrell Williams returned to the 757 to headline Shaggfest 2014—the festival founded by Brandon “Shaggy” Stokes.

The night connected a worldwide moment to its Virginia Beach roots. Local coverage followed Pharrell back to Princess Anne High School, while the city recognized him with a key to Virginia Beach.
