Brandon “Shaggy” Stokes Day
December 4 was officially proclaimed Brandon “Shaggy” Stokes Day by the City of Virginia Beach.
House Resolution No. 937
The Virginia House of Delegates formally recognized Stuff the Bus after the 2010 campaign collected 82,000 toys.

Shaggy received the Toys for Tots Commander’s Award in 2025 for his long-term contribution to the mission.
More than $100,000 in 2025
The twentieth drive collected 10,438 toys and 170 bicycles—enough support for more than 3,000 local families.
